Chef Law Jia-Jun has honed his craft working at award-winning restaurants in California and Singapore, using his experience to refine his palate and creative offerings. Now, focusing on the ingredients and flavours closer to home, he has founded Province, which allows him to express his creativity and culinary identity in a space that focuses solely on highlighting South East Asian flavours and hospitality.
His approach at Province is one of simplicity, a coalescence of quality South East Asian ingredients and flavours that showcase the diversity of rich cultures within Singapore and the region. Working with local and regional farmers, growers, fishermen and producers, he aims to bring out the best of what our climate and terroir has to offer in an intimate dining experience.
